Our online portal makes it easy to see upcoming and past appointments, pay for your treatment and complete patient forms.

What is the Patient Portal?

The Garrick Hospital Patient Portal is a platform where you can easily manage your care with us. It’s simple to use and works on any device with internet access – whether that’s your computer, tablet or smartphone.

With Patient Portal, you can:

  • View appointments: check your past and upcoming appointments at a glance
  • Access your messages: see your letters and communications from us in one place
  • Manage payments: view your balance and make secure payments online
  • Complete forms in advance: fill out your registration form before your visit to save time

Registration and logging in

Log in to the Patient Portal from any device with internet access.

Your Patient ID will be on communications to you regarding your appointment. It is normally a six or seven-digit number.

Using the Patient Portal

The dashboard will show your next appointments.

To view all upcoming and past appointments, click on the ‘Bookings’ link and click on the ‘Upcoming’ or ‘Past’ tabs.

Any unread messages will show on the dashboard. To view all past messages, click on the ‘Messages’ link.

Any outstanding payments will show on the dashboard. Please click on the payment and follow the instructions to make a secure payment.

Any forms that are ready for you to complete will show on the dashboard. Please click on the form and follow the instructions to complete it.

To update your details, click on your name in the top left-hand corner of the dashboard and then ‘My details’.
